Your chance to secure a suite at Untitled during the Platinum release.

This one of a kind building is a cross between the Shangri-La and the Four Seasons.  The time that went into its design is incalculable.  Nothing was overlooked: every stone, every piece of furniture, every curve has a meaning.  Designed by one of the most innovative minds of our era, even the placement of the balconies represent the musical notes from a song by Pharrell upon which Untitled  is based.

The development boasts a massive 34,000 square foot amenity area.  The indoor and outdoor pools feature a 30 foot waterfall surrounded by a garden wall and beautifully appointed cabana's.  There are also hot tubs, an outdoor dining area with BBQ and pizza ovens, children's play room, screening room, half basketball court and stat of the art fitness centre.  Hand-picked stones, water features and ambient lighting throughout this one of a kind development.

Pricing for 2 bedrooms will start in the mid $800,000s which is unbelievable value for a location like Yonge and Eglinton.  In November 2019, 1+dens at The Forest Hill condos at Bathurst & Eglinton were selling as high as $804,990!  There is extremely limited inventory at Yonge & Eglinton and demand will remain high.  The Yonge Subway line and future Eglinton Crosstown LRT are both located steps away.  These two major transit lines will get you downtown Toronto, to Top Universities and to Pearson Airport in 30 minutes or less.

Once again, you do not want to miss out on this opportunity for FIRST ACCESS to lowest price and best floors plan selection at Untitled.
Curated Condominiums at Yonge & Eglinton, in Collaboration with Pharrell Williams.  We are so excited to be part of the platinum priority access sales team for what is sure to be one of 2020's hottest developments.
Reserve and Westdale properties have thought outside the box when assembling their team to bring Untitled Condos to life. From architecture, design and site location the perfect storm is brewing to make this newest development a lasting success.

With the Sold Out success of Line 5 Condos in 2019, Untitled Condos will be one of the best investments of 2020 in a location with the lowest inventory and the highest returns.

Only one other location in Toronto has a Subway crossline and that is Yorkville'sYonge and Bloor Lines. The Eglinton Crossline LRT is on schedule for completion in 2021. This could be one of the last opportunities to get into pre-construction this close to two of the biggest transit lines the city has to offer.  There is next to no inventory available at Yonge and Eglinton and due to this extreme shortage in such a vastly expanding neighbourhood,
demand will remain sky high.

1. Transit - Located at Yonge & Eglinton, Untitled Condos is just steps from the second largest transit hub in the GTA. The future Crosstown LRT is an 8 billion dollar investment taking residents from north York to downtown along the TTC Yonge line, but now they will also be  able to access Scarborough to Mississauga (upto Pearson airport ). It will be the only 4 way stop which will take riders to the furtherest points in the city , much more than Yonge and Bloor.  With a completion date of 2021, the Crosstown LRT will have 25 stops in total that cover almost 20 Kilometres from east to west. This kind of transit gives access to Toronto’s top 3 Universities in less than 30 minutes.

2. Rental Growth - in 2018 and Eglinton saw a 26% rental increase from 2017 with rents projected to be $6 per sq ft by 2024.

3. Growing City - Toronto is the 4th largest city in all of North America and growing. Over the next 2 years, the city is expecting approximately 201,000 newcomers per year who will all need homes. 38% Percent of Canada’s Business Head Quarters are located in Toronto and the city is the 2nd largest financial centre in North America.

4. Low Vacancy - The vacancy rate for downtown condos for rentals is less than 1%. Due to the fact that 200,000 people move to Canada each year and 100,000 come straight to Toronto, there's actually a huge shortage of rental units especially close to transit. Specifically for Yonge and Eg, 76% of the population of Yonge and Eglinton rent which is a phenomenal statistic. The average income at Yonge and Eglinton is $149,000 dollars compared to GTA which is $69,000 dollars in GTA and $76,000 downtown and people in this area still can't afford to buy and rent instead. This is amazing news for the condo investor who buys something in this neighbourhood.
